Katy Chen Mazzara
Katy Chen Mazzara is a financial coach & money mentor who helps people stop worrying about money, erase their financial fears and expand their abundance mindset and habits so they can spend more time living their ideal life.
Katy understands how to balance dreaming and doing to create financial freedom. For the past 15 years, she has followed her passion producing and developing television and digital shows for ABC, NBC, PBS, E! Entertainment, VH1, Bravo, Travel Channel, Dreamworks and many other networks and studios. In-between gigs for fun, she's read every personal finance book, magazine and even stock prospectus she could get her hands on, and then went on to get certified as a financial and life coach. Josette Lumbrano discovered the practice of meditation in the mid-seventies, and over the years she realized its calming effects. She believes in her motto Calm mind – Calm world.
Josette completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course at the Cooper Beech Institute in West Hartford, and is a certified meditation teacher through the Mastery of Meditation by Anmol Mehta.
Her practice evolved into Calm Mind Meditation which she teaches in CT. Her students are from all walks of life and ages. Through the Live Strong program, she helps cancer patients and survivors learn to meditate, and gives back to her community by offering a weekly guided group meditation at a local yoga center.
