What is The Ideal Health Program?

A holistic program to help you feel great, achieve optimal health and live fully every day.

The program is anchored by a series of one-on-one coaching sessions with Certified Holistic Health & Life Coach Ellen Palmer.

Who is the Ideal Health Program for?

 

The program is for people who want to achieve more energy, control weight, find relief from chronic symptoms, manage stress, live a healthier life and feel great.

A Totally Customized Program, Tailored Just for You. 

There’s no one-size-fits-all for health: every one of us has a unique blueprint to feel our best. Together we’ll unlock yours: body, mind and spirit. 

The Ideal Health Program focuses on the key pillars of diet, exercise, sleep, stress, as well as mindset and lifestyle choices to create an individual roadmap for your ideal health – including daily practices and practical tools.

 

Powerful change is created when you learn what you need to thrive. In a series of one-on-one coaching sessions we’ll look at these aspects of your life:

  • Are you eating properly?

  • Getting enough sleep?

  • Doing the right kind of exercise?

  • Managing stress?

  • Stuck in limiting beliefs about your body and health?

 

Then we’ll work to de-code what your symptoms are trying to tell you and use this information to make changes at the foundational level. The result? Real, everyday, sustainable steps to help you achieve lasting change.

It’s all connected: mind, body and spirit.

 

Your body is an engine with a series of systems that all have to work well together in order for you to feel happy and healthy. Suffering is an indicator that something may be out of balance in any one of these areas.

 

I believe wellness is an art and a science, and my holistic approach to health has helped thousands of people feel great and thrive.

How does the program work? 

 

Change is created over time but we all want quick results. You can have both: my programs are designed to achieve short-term wins and long-term success.  

 

We begin with a simple 45-minute consultation and assessment to identify what’s going on in your body, mind and spirit.  Click here to schedule yours today.

 

We talk through your symptoms and health history, what motivates you, what limits you, and what you want for yourself in the short and long term. We also use this time to get to know each other and determine if working together feels right.

 

If so, we’ll create a roadmap for your personalized program. Based on your objectives, we’ll choose the number of sessions in your package:

  • Packages are 6, 12, or 18 sessions

  • Each session is approximately 45-60 minutes

  • Sessions are held as frequently as is appropriate for your needs (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.)

  • Sessions can be held in person if you are local to CT, or via phone or Zoom

Pricing

Since the Ideal Health Program is fully customized, the cost of the program is determined by the number of sessions you’ll need plus any additional services. Some services may be reimbursed to you by your insurance or health savings account.

I offer additional services to complement our sessions, if needed:
