MY SON REALLY SUFFERED FROM ANXIETY. ELLEN SHOWED HIM HOW TO MAKE CHANGES IN HIS FOOD CHOICES AND HIS DAILY MINDSET THAT REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE. MOST IMPORTANTLY, SHE SHOWED HIM HOW TO CREATE A PROCESS THAT HELPED HIM MAKE GOOD DECISIONS IN HIS LIFE. AMAZING PROGRESS!

I WASNT SURE HOW TO ASK FOR SUPPORT, OR WHAT SUPPORT I NEEDED. I HAD A DEEP CRAVING TO BE IN A PLACE WHERE I SPEND MY TIME IN THOUGHTFUL MEDITATION, AND ENJOYING NOURISHING FOOD. ALTHOUGH IT WAS MY INTENTION TO DO THIS ALONE, I NEEDED HELP. IT’S AMAZING HOW TALKING ABOUT MY FEELINGS FOR 2 HOURS A MONTH CAN COMPLETELY CHANGE MY LIFE.
Sam / Organic Farmer & Student / Connecticut
THE CONNECTION BETWEEN ELLEN AND OUR TEENAGE DAUGHTER WAS OBVIOUS FROM THE BEGINNING. ELLEN’S SOFT APPROACH AND RELATABILITY WAS PURE MAGIC FOR US. OUR DAUGHTER STARTED EXPERIENCING STOMACH ISSUES, IRRITABILITY, DECREASED FOCUS, ETC. WE TRIED MANY TRADITIONAL DOCTORS TO NO AVAIL. AFTER A FEW MEETINGS, ELLEN RECOMMENDED A PLAN, AND SHE WAS CRITICAL IN IMPLEMENTING AND GUIDING US THROUGH IT ALL. WE COULDN’T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW MUCH ELLEN HELPED OUR DAUGHTER BOTH IN BODY AND MIND!

Who is the program for?
High school and college-aged young adults.
What are the program benefits?
We give young adults a safe place to discuss their concerns, ask questions and be treated with respect.
Specifically, we help them to:
Understand who they are, who they want to be, and how to navigate that gap physically, emotionally and socially
Develop time management strategies
Discover their core values and communicate them clearly
Find self-confidence, gain trust, and lead authentically from within
Identify energy drains that keep them from feeling their best
Unleash their unique talents and reach their full potential
How do I get started?
Although young adults are dealing with many of the same issues and stresses as adults, of course they’re all unique and special. We begin with a simple 45-minute consultation and assessment to look at the big picture. We touch upon:
What they want for themselves academically, socially, physically and emotionally
What motivates them
What limits them
Any symptoms they may be having
Health concerns such as daily symptoms, anxiety, depression, OCD, A.D.D.
Social or academic challenges
How they perceive themselves
What they would like to accomplish through the program
During the consultation, we’ll get to know each other and determine if working together feels right. If it does, we’ll create a roadmap for a personalized program based on our goals.
3 months/6 sessions
9 months/12 sessions
Full school year/18 sessions
The cost of the program is determined by the number of sessions needed plus any additional services.
The Young Adult One-on-One Coaching Program is not covered by insurance but is oftentimes submitted to a client’s Health Savings Account for reimbursement.
The mind and body are intricately linked. Throughout the Young Adult Coaching program, I may recommend testing to help us determine what is at the root of an issue:
Food Sensitivity Testing to identify foods that could be causing concerns such as low immunity, low energy, weight gain, headaches, depression, anxiety, and hormone imbalance.
Supplements to compensate for any imbalances or inadequacies that could be causing day-to-day symptoms. Supplements are used to compliment the body’s natural ability to assimilate nutrients and vitamins from organic foods. They are not used in place of foods.
Specialty tests to understand if certain gene mutations are causing physical or emotional symptoms.
